I had just made my way from Brevard, NC to the only open section of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had a small break in a storm system that was going through the area and fog was starting to lift off of the mountains. Looking out I noticed a break in the sky as well, it illuminated a small section of the Pisgah National Forest while thick fog began to take over the area.
