This infrared photograph of three neighboring pine trees was obtained on an August day at the Paws Up Resort, Montana, using a Canon EOS 20D which had been modified in order to become a dedicated IR camera. A Canon EFS 17-85 mm lens was used with an ISO of 400, custom white balance to favor IR, aperture priority, and exposure bracketing.
