Paradise Harbor is one of the most beautiful and serene sites on the Antarctic Peninsula. It is most emotive at twilight. This photograph and its accompanying twin were taken from aboard our icebreaker at around midnight in late August 2011. I used a Leica S2 (medium frame) with a 70mm Leica f/2.5 lens at 1/500 seconds, f/6.8 and ISO 160. Remember, the sun never really sets in the Austral summer!
