I was on a personal trip in the historic town of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, in Brasil. The town is full of character,history, a somber and dark past,but the beauty and work is amazing. What I wanted to capture was simple-locals living their life. For this photo, i actually stood on the corner of this street and heard some noise and rustling behind one of the doors. Something told me that if I waited long enough, someone would walk out, and he did. His walk, his demeanor,his shirt, was all perfect to me.
