This shot is quite hard to name due to its various interpretations... It was taken after 8pm, so the conditions were tough. Moreover, the slightest wind or a passing car could ruin the picture so I had to act fast. The shot was taken with a Canon 5D MarkIII camera and Canon's EF28-300 series "L" lens. The settings were: 1/80 sec at f/5.0 and ISO 8000. No tripod was used.
