Couldn't miss out on a beautiful sunrise while visiting Padre Island National Seashore. Padre Island is home to miles of undeveloped dunes along its island which are also safe havens to the Kemp sea turtles that are released yearly. This photo was taken past the 50 mile marker before Laguna Madre. I captured this photo while hiking one of the dunes just before sunrise peaked. I loved not only the warmth from the sun as it rose over the ocean but the glow it cast along the dunes.
