This picture was taken in Rocky Mt. National Park in June, 2008. We had been waiting about an hour for a moose to show up. We had a granddaughter visiting us that had never seen a moose so it was exciting for her to see a moose and calf.

I used a Canon Elan 7 with a 70-200 Canon L lens and Velvia 100 film to take the photo, The slide was scanned into my computer using a Dimage Scan Elite 5400 II. Exposure was not recorded.
