Winter Storm Jonas started hitting the city of Lynchburg pretty hard, there were not many people out in it. I think I was one of the few crazy people out trying to capture some of the winter scenes. As the snow started to pour, monument terrace began to shine. The only way you can capture these moments are by being out in them.
