We are having a very unusual Fall! Trees are changing colors and losing leaves later than normal.
This picture represents all three stages! The picture was taken in the morning, after sunrise, with the sun just peeking over the top of my neighbor's house and lighting the tops of the trees...see the shadow line? The sky was blue and the red tree was glowing! One tree in the foreground lost all of it's leaves. The tree on the far left has a few leaves, but never really changed colors. The tree on the far right is a Bradford Pear and should have changed by now (based on others in the neighborhood. The tree in the center is a Maple tree and although the picture was taken several days ago, it still has most of it's leaves.
