Koga is the male silver back gorilla at the Buffalo, New York zoo. I spend a lot of time shooting at the Buffalo zoo, and I especially enjoy shooting the gorillas. Koga was actually laying down but I rotated thisimage 90 degrees counter clockwise. The monochrome conversion was processed in OnOne software. the camera was a Nikon D800 with a Sigma 150-600 lens at 240 mm focal length. The ISO was 6400, aperture was f/14 and shutter speed was 1/250 second with a -2 EV.
