This was taken at the 2016 Blossom Kite Festival on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The event was a kite pulling contest for children. The image was shot with an Olympus PEN-F digital camera with an adapted Leitz 135mm Tele-Elmar lens. Exposure was 1/1600 @ f/4 at ISO 800. Cropped and edited in Lightroom 6.1.
