On a visit to the Mojave Desert in California and a particular place called Kelso Dunes I managed to capture a lovely sunset of the sand dunes as a storm cleared through the region. The dune on the left is the highest dune in California and if you look closely you will see a couple of black dots near the summit. Those are hikers as its a popular place to visit. Camera was a Canon 7D Mk II with a Canon 17-55mm f2.4 lens at 40mm on a tripod. Settings for the photo as follows. Aperture was 5.6, speed was 1/50 sec and ISO was at 100.
