On one of my waterfowl watching outings, I spotted this duck standing on the cold icy pond all by himself. It was such a pretty image with his beautiful green head that stood out against the somewhat-colorless surroundings.

I shoot with a Nikon D750 (at f6.3 and 1/1600) along with a Tamron 150-600m (at 460mm). I typically use Photoshop Elements with Topaz Labs DeNoise and Topaz Adjust plug-ins to tweak the images.
