I took this photo while visiting the Savannah Wildlife Refuge in Georgia. I visit this excellent wildlife sanctuary at every opportunity when in Georgia because of the tremendous diversity it holds. The sanctuary is different each time I go throughout the year and on this occasion, Feb. 28, 2016, I was trying out a new Tamron 150-600mm zoom on my Canon 5D Mk II. At this time a number of Ibis' were gracefully crossing a background field of savannah grasses in beautiful formation. The photo was taken at f/5.2, 1/1600 sec, ISO 500, 191mm. Image was lightly processed in Photoshop CC and highlighted using Topaz Clarity with slight color enhancement. Minimal processing was used to retain the actual feel of the experience.
