I was on on this Oregon Coast jetty taking photos of the waves hitting the end. After an hour, I returned to the parking lot, and saw this scene right in front of my car. I was able to get within about 20 feet of this log with all the gulls before spooking that one that is taking off. Taken with a Canon SX50 HS, ISO 320, f5, 22mm, 1/1250 sec.
