My wife and I had been wanting to go check this old mill out for a couple years now and we finally took a trip out to see it. We left our home in East Tennessee early in the morning to make it to Babcock State Park in West Virginia, which took about 4 hours. A lot of leaves had already fallen and I felt we hit it a little later than I would of liked, but it was still we worth the drive. We ended up driving back home after spending a little over an hour at the park, the drive home was just as beautiful winding down those beautiful country back-roads.
