Going for a walk can be very peaceful. I often bring my camera and use the focus of photography to escape the noise of everyday life. This image was captured at Seven Bridges Trail in Wisconsin. I used a Canon Rebel, f/3.5, 1/60, ISO 100. I used Photoshop Elements and NIK to edit the image.
