This is a photo of my daughter during a recent high school softball game. She was pitching and had to charge off the mound during this particular play in order to field a bunt. I love the composition and movement of this photo. She is perfectly framed by her teammates charging the bunt from first and third base, as well as by the base runner. Her intensity, focus and determination are captured in this split second before firing the ball to get the out at first base.
