I set out to shoot reflections of flowers in water drops and changed my lens from 100mm to the MP-E65mm to see how the flowers looked at 5x magnification. The colour of the flower made for a dramatic backdrop to the edge of the water droplet and the LED light I used to illuminate it gave a beautiful rim light to the edge.
