I frequently visit friends in the Panhandle of Florida and a favorite place for a side trip is to Dead Lakes Recreation area in Wewahitchka, Florida. During April with heavy rains rising the level of the lake, the new spring growth of those sweet green leaves enhanced the reflection on the water.
