While visiting my brother and sister-in-laws in Los Angeles we all decided to tour the Walt Disney Auditorium. A place I very much wanted to photograph. I could have spent the entire day shooting outside and inside the building. But since I was with three non photographers I had to limit my shooting time. None the less it turned out to be a great place to visit and of course to photograph. I knew that I was going to convert some of the images to black and white so in order to emphasize the geometry of the building. I used a Canon 5D Mark III with a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS II USM lens set to 45 mm. The image was shot at f/14, 1/250 sec and ISO 400. The image was post processed in Photoshop, to among other adjustments, apply the plug ins Topaz Adjust, Nik Silver Efex Pro and Topaz Denoise.
