This is the Crazy Horse monument with the plaster 1 ton model in front with the actual behind. Still a work in progress and is privately funded with no help from the government. This is a huge project that has already been going on for couple decades. Crazy Horse points to the Black Hills. Work is starting on the horse head of the sculpture.
