This photo was taken in San Antonio, Texas on a wildlife ranch tour. This bird seemed to be sun bathing, and it was a great opportunity to get a good picture of him. I feel the sun really brings out his color, making him look vibrant. He almost seems to be giving me a glimpse of his good side. I used my Cannon EOS Rebel T3 to capture this photo.
