I used a Pentax K-7 with a Tamron SP 90mm 2.5 manual focus macro lens. Shutter speed 1/100, f:3.5, ISO 160. I had been trying to get my daughter to quit smoking to no avail. I spotted this spider on a cigarette butt and it appeared to be dead. I thought it would show her that tobacco even kills spiders. After taking the shot I moved in for an even closer shot and the spider ran off! I didn't tell her that.
