Captured as my wife and I were heading to Yuma, AZ, I saw this scene right next to the highway and had to make a U-turn to capture it. Using my Nikon Z7ii with an 850nm infrared filter, I photographed the scene at 1/200 sec, f/8, and ISO 160, blending the dreamlike qualities of infrared photography with the timeless beauty of the landscape.
