The Palouse region of western Washington is a farming area. Among the beautiful fields are numerous abandoned farm structures. After getting permission I explored a group of structures located near Colfax. I captured this image from inside a chicken coop. Taken with a Sony A900, Sony 16-35 mm at 35mm, f16, ISO 200, two exposures merged (one for the inside of the coop, one for the outside).
