One of the most challenging in bird photography is capturing a bird in flight and in focus. I captured this Elegant Tern as it flew relatively close to me and it happened to flipped its catch when I clicked the shutter. Lucky timing and fast focusing of the Canon 7D Mark II and EF 400mm f/5.6L USM lens combo helped also.

Camera settings: 1/3200 sec at f/6.3, ISO 400, 400mm.
