"A Cachoeira" means "The Waterfall" in Portuguese. After a quick 20 minute trek through the Amazon rainforest outside of Manaus, Brazil - we came across this waterfall, Cachoeira das Onças.

I was hiking with a tripod, my 5D Mk III, and EF 24-70 f/2.8 II to get this shot. My boyfriend happily stood (very patiently, I might add) under the Amazon waterfall while being pelted with gallons water to help me get this shot... but after all, who wouldn't want to play in a rainforest waterfall?
