This tree was in the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest in the White Mountains of eastern California. To see the trees, one must walk on a pathway and the point of view is limited by the lens, the weather and time of day. My challenge was to create a dreamlike, magical and impressionistic image that was unique and reflected my inner vision. To achieve this I used a Holga camera and multiple exposures that was scanned and printed with no computer assistance. This was Kodak Porta film, not sure of the speed. Sunlight setting on the Holga.
