Made this picture earlier this year on a foggy January morning at Lake Martin in South Louisiana using my Canon 7d Mark ii with the Tamron 150-600 lens. Birds aren't usually plentiful at that time of the year, but I was treated to a little gathering and was able to capture this bird when it decided to ascend upwards in flight.
