Gajan Festival 2015: A festival to satisfy "Lord Shiva", the great "Debadideb" of Hindu Religion. This is observed during the end of the Bengali calendar, where short street plays and Charak form a part of the week long festival. For the street plays, they paint their faces to imitate different Gods and Goddesses and perform the plays enacting different mythological stories to suit the folk lore.
During one such moment, I had arrived when the face of the person enacting Lord Krishna was being painted.
