The Pompidou Center in the Beaubourg area of Paris, France, houses a museum of modern art. But, as shown above, the art isn’t only on the inside: The colorful air ducts and structural elements on the building’s exterior form an abstract composition on an industrial scale. This photo was made with a Nikon D7000 with a Nikkor 16-85 mm VR lens at 16 mm. The exposure was f/11 and 1/160 sec. Because the original image was taken looking up from street level, it had a sharply converging vertical perspective. Photoshop was used to “correct” (parallelize?) the image.
