This male baboon exhibits spectacular colors at the start of mating season.
I took this picture in the spring of 2006 at the Detroit Zoo. I had just switched over from film to digital and was using the first consumer Nikon digital camera, the Nikon D-70. I have no metadata, but I was probably using a 70-200mm, F2.8 lens, maxed out at 200mm.
