I was out on Lake Marion, SC one afternoon when a friend and I discovered an osprey nest that was sitting in a tree that was relatively low in the water. We watched for a while and one parent flew in with a fish and proceeded to feed its young chicks. Image was taken with a Canon 7D Mark II fitted with an EF 500mm f/4 L lens with a 1.4x tele-extender at 700mm, f/7.1, 1/1000 sec, ISO 1000.
