This photo was taken in December 2009 with a Nikon D200 and and Nikon 18-70mm lens on an Induro C313 carbon fiber tripod with a Manfrotto 468RC ball Head. The original capture was at ISO 100 F/11 1/40 sec. in color. Lightning capture was provided by a product I use for water drop photography called Camera Axe.
I made 5 copies at different exposures in Lightroom, then used Photomatix Pro to create the HDR image. Then used Lightroom to convert to black and white.
