A family friend got us pit passes to the Fontana NASCAR Race. We were just a few feet from the pit area and track. The cars were flying by at speeds in excess of 200 miles an hour. Luckily, I got some practice two weeks prior at another race and felt more comfortable this time around. I created this shot of the 88 car flying by with my Canon 70D and canon 75-300mm zoom set at 110mm, ISO 100, f8.0 at 1/200 sec.
