Shutterbug Photo of the Day

Our Shutterbug Photo of the Day by Kathleen Hock is a portrait of a delicate Canary safely resting on a branch.

“A day trip to the Blooded Conservatory located in Queen Elizabeth Park, Vancouver, B.C. Canada. The conservatory is beautiful place to visit in the city and is home to many exotic plants and free flying exotic birds under a domed shaped roof” writes Hock.

This image was captured with a Canon 5D Mark III camera, an EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II lens at 142mm, 1/400 sec, f/2.8, ISO 320.
