Holiday Deal: Hasselblad Offering H5D-50c WiFi Medium Format Digital Camera at Nearly Half Price

Last year, we told you about Hasselblad’s new H5D-50c medium format camera with Wi-Fi, which seemed pretty awesome but was a tad, ahem, pricey. That 50-megapixel camera, which is loaded with new technology, has just come down in price. Drastically. But it will only be offered at the discounted rate for a short time.

Just in time for the holidays, Hasselblad has decided to offer its award-winning H5D-50c camera for just $14,500 (the original retail price was $27,500—body only). This super deal, however, only lasts part of the month of December 2015.

The Hasselblad H5D-50c medium format camera recently earned the “Best Technical Achievement in a medium format camera title at the Lucie Technical Awards in New York City. Along with Wi-Fi, the H5D-50c uses a CMOS sensor for better image clarity (and less noise) at high ISO even in very low-light conditions.

This Hasselblad H5D-50c captures file sizes of up to 154MB, ISO up to 6400 and the widest range of shutter speeds from 34 minutes to 1/800second. The H5D-50c can handle even the highest contrast shooting situations thanks to its increased dynamic range of 14 f-stops—providing users with top quality detail and tonality in shadows and highlight areas.

This head-turning promotion price is only available from December 1st to December 24th, 2015, so, if you're interested, contact a Hasselblad dealer as soon as possible. (Please note that trade-in's are not accepted with this promotion.)
